Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you give access to in your account. matd ag accesses your data for support only when you ask us to. AI services receive only the content a given task requires.
How is AI used in the products, and is that disclosed?
Yes. Wherever AI generates text, images or voice, we mark it visibly — as a note under the title, as an image caption, or at the play button. What we use in detail is listed on the AI transparency page.
The subscription ends when the term runs out. After that you can request an export of your data; on request it is deleted in full.
