AI ownership for a limited time, without a permanent hire.
Have you advertised a role such as Head of AI or AI project manager, or are you planning one? I take on the role as your interim AI lead: I prioritise your AI initiatives, deliver the first ones myself and guide your team into using them. You start within weeks instead of months and decide afterwards which role you really need.
The role is advertised but not filled, and the initiative is waiting.
Several AI experiments are running in different departments, but nobody ties them together.
Management wants AI, but there is no roadmap, no priorities and no business case.
A pilot is running, and the step from prototype to operation is missing.
You want to find out first how much of an AI role you really need: 20%, 60% or 100%.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a few weeks. The intro call is normally arranged within 24 hours.
Where do you work?
Remote and on site in Eastern Switzerland (Thurgau, St. Gallen), in Zurich and in Zug.
Do we need an advertised position to work with you?
No. The role can be filled on an interim basis even without a job advertisement.
Does an interim AI lead replace a Head of AI or Digital Transformation Manager?
For the duration of the mandate I take over their tasks: roadmap, prioritisation, delivery, adoption in the team and rules for everyday use. Your digital transformation can also be approached in stages this way. Which role you fill permanently afterwards, we clarify in the assessment.
Do you work with Microsoft 365 and Copilot?
I work with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph, for example to connect mailbox and calendar. Which tools fit your situation, we clarify in the assessment.
What about data protection?
Which data may go where, we clarify before delivery and put it in writing. Where possible, data stays in Switzerland or the EU.
Who is liable for the results?
Responsibility for professional decisions stays with you. I deliver the draft, the implementation and the reasoning.
What happens if we hire someone permanently after all?
I support the job advertisement, the selection and the onboarding, and hand over knowledge and documents.
Next step
20 minutes, and you know what an AI lead can bring to your company.
Describe your situation. You get an honest assessment, even if it says that a permanent hire fits better. Free and non-binding.
